SCHEDULE
Our program follows a weekly lesson plan. Parents must contact the catechist to inquire about any missed chapters or check the website under "Lesson Plan" for this information. When children return to class, their catechist will provide a chapter review.
Catechists keep chapter reviews for all students and maintain records of class and Mass attendance every week; therefore, children must bring the program offertory envelop to be recorded for their Mass attendance every Sunday of the month. Class Mass attendance is scheduled once a month by the catechists.
Performance evaluations will be sent to parents by the catechists on December 13, 2025, and April 18, 2026. These reports will include class and Mass attendance, along with recommendations from the catechists if needed. If a student's performance is below 60 or if there are behavioral issues, a meeting with the parent, catechist, Program Coordinator, and Director will be held.
ATTENDANCE
Children must arrive on time for classes and leave the school premises promptly for their safety. Parents are responsible for ensuring that their child adheres to the chosen program schedule. Attendance at Mass will be recorded using the children's offertory envelopes provided during Parent Orientation Day or on the first day of class.
Students are encouraged to use their weekly allowance savings to fill their offertory envelope and give it during Sunday Mass. If a student attends a different church with relatives, the parent must send an email to the director.
ABSENCES: If a student has three or more absences, it may delay their
ability to receive the sacraments.
Parents must send an excuse note to the catechists on the day of absence via email.
Please contact your child's catechist for information about any missed lessons. It is important to review the chapter with your child and complete the chapter review for the following week
TARDY: Three instances of tardiness will be counted as one day absent.
